Tapper+ sets new standards for concrete screws with up to 25 percent less torque than most competitive products.
The Tapper + is a one piece self tapping concrete screw for use in a variety of light to medium duty applications in base materials including concrete, masonry and wood. It features a corrosion resistant Perma-Seal coating and optimized thread design for lower installation torque.
The new Tapper+ patent pending thread design reduces installation torque up to 25 percent versus the competition. The screw also incorporates a new gimlet drill point that provides excellent bite into wood base materials, (no pre drilling required). Tapper + is available in a variety of head styles and colors to match applications.
The Powers Tapper+ advantage is the Perma–Seal coating that provides multiple layers of protection. Salt spray tests after 760 hours and 1,150 hours show that Tapper+ delivers superior corrosion resistance versus ITW Tapcon.
