Sonnhalter, a communications firm marketing to the professional tradesman in the construction, industrial and MRO markets, is releasing a new white paper, “Contractor White Paper. 2009: A retrospective from contractors and an early outlook for 2010.”

Phone interviews were completed with leading HVAC and plumbing contractors across the U.S. to compile the white paper data. Interviews focused on how contractors adjusted to the 2009 downturned economy and to see where contractors feel 2010 is headed.
