Dumond Chemicals' President & CEO Hy Dubin retires

John J. Petroci III named new President & CEO.

Dumond Chemicals, Inc. announced today that John J. Petroci III has been named President & CEO effective immediately. The announcement comes as its longtime President & CEO Hy Dubin will be retiring after a distinguished 29 year career.

John J. Petroci III has been the Vice President of Sales & Marketing at Dumond Chemicals, Inc. since January 2005. Mr. Petroci has a 27 year background in the Paint & Coatings Industry, including leadership positions in other fast growing manufacturing companies. "I am pleased to have been given the opportunity to build on our accomplishments and Dumond Chemicals, Inc. certainly sets the highest standard in our industry," stated Petroci. "We have a very talented and dedicated team with a solid reputation throughout our markets. It will be a privilege to represent them going forward."

Hy Dubin started with Dumond Chemicals, Inc. as President & CEO in 1981. "I am excited about the future of Dumond Chemicals, Inc. under the direction of John J. Petroci III.
