Darragh Company Acquires Tool Central
Acquisition adds five locations to Darragh Co.
Darragh Company, a 105 year-old, Arkansas-based construction products distributor (and subject of Contractor Supply Magazine's Oct/Nov 2011 cover story) is pleased to announce the acquisition of Tool Central, Inc. effective November 1, 2011.
Based in Pocahontas, AR., and under the leadership of it's founder Scott Trammel, Tool Central has been the preferred supplier to the contracting, industrial, and agricultural trades in Eastern Arkansas and West Tennessee for over 22 years.
Creating vast product knowledge in the tool industry has been the focus of the staff at Tool Central. They have developed a reputation of high quality and outstanding service to their customers from their locations in Pocahontas, Paragould, Batesville, Jonesboro, and Memphis, TN.
Tool Central will operate as "Tool Central a Division of Darragh Company". Mr. Trammel will stay on as Division Manager. Mr. Trammel says, "We are excited about becoming part of the Darragh Company family and look forward to offering our customers an even wider range of products and services."
With this new partnership, Darragh Company & Tool Central will be able to provide even more of the highest quality construction tools, fasteners, tool accessories and repairs to our customers.
