Thomas & Betts Becomes NECA Premier Partner
Two-year commitment made to help make NECA member businesses stronger.
Thomas & Betts Corp. has made a two-year commitment to the National Electrical Contractors Association (NECA)’s Premier Partner program. The focus of the program is on the Partners helping NECA members run their companies as efficiently and profitably as possible.
"Thomas & Betts brings significant value to our members through the Premier Partner program," said NECA Vice President and Chief Operating Officer Dan Walter. "We appreciate the company's commitment to the program, and we look forward to building on our great relationship that already includes their commitments to the NECA Show, the National Joint Apprenticeship Training Committee [NJATC] and the ELECTRI Council."
Thomas & Betts' commitment for 2013 to 2014 fully subscribes to NECA's only national sponsorship program, which has seven participants, all of which are committed through 2014. The Premier Partner of NECA program is now closed to additional participants.
The Premier Partner of NECA program was launched in 2009 with multi-year commitments from founding Partners Graybar Inc., Milwaukee Electric Tool Co., and Westex Inc. Federated Insurance joined the program in 2010. Schneider, Square D, and Accubid Trimble joined for the 2012 to 2014 term.
The benefits available to the Premier Partners of NECA are unique and unobtainable through any other marketing program in the electrical contracting industry. NECA's Premier Partners are welcomed into numerous year-round, high-profile networking, sales, brand-building and information-sharing opportunities with NECA members.
