Live Oak Moves into New Facility
New 50,000-square-foot facility has 6,500-sf showroom.

Live Oak Construction Supply, Inc., profiled in the February/March 2012 issue of Contractor Supply, has moved from their Lawrenceville, GA location to a new location in Norcross, GA.
Now more convenient to their core clientele, Live Oak is located less than a mile from Interstate 85. This new location is just north of all major connectors and interstates, and easily reachable from downtown Atlanta.
“Being half a mile off of Interstate 85 and 15 miles closer to Atlanta, we will be able to provide better and more timely service to our main customer base, “ said Mark Fraizer, CEO at Live Oak.
“Live Oak is known as a place where quality products meet excellent service, and this move helps us uphold our high level of customer service,” added Jeff Fraizer, President of Live Oak.
With a new 50,000 square foot facility, Live Oak will also have the ability to amplify their repair services and continue carrying hard-to-find products. 6,500 square feet of the space is devoted to a bright showroom with polished concrete floors, and 4,000 to the construction equipment repair shop.
Live Oak now has extended hours, as well. Call or stop by anytime during the new hours of operation; Monday – Friday 7am until 5pm and Saturdays 8am until noon.
