Gedore Tools Names Steve Clark Sales Director for North America
Clark will lead sales in the U.S., Canada and Mexico.
The Gedore Group has appointed tool industry veteran Steve Clark as Sales Director, North America. Based in Charleston, Clark will assume responsibilities for expanding distribution and sales in the U.S., Canada and Mexico, according to Udo Hehemann, Group Managing Director for the Remscheid, Germany-headquartered manufacturer.
Gedore, which targets professional tool users with more than 18,000 products, is best known in the U.S. for its torque wrenches and torque multipliers and for Klann automotive specialty tools, which are OEM-endorsed for Audi, VW, BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Porsche and Nissan, among others.
Clark brings 13 years of experience in industrial and consumer tool sales and service, most of them with Stanley and Black & Decker. Hehemann said that
"Gedore has renewed our focus and increased our investment in North American markets and Steve will lead us in aggressively broadening our product availability through large distributors, mobile and hardware channels, as well as direct online sales,” Hehemann said.
