David Weekley Homes Expands into Chicago Market

Names John Morgan division president for Chicago market office.


David Weekley Homes, the nation's largest privately-held home builder, announced today its entrance into Chicago and the promotion of John Morgan to Division President for Chicago. David Weekley Homes, the nation's largest privately-held home builder, announced today its entrance into Chicago and the promotion of John Morgan to Division President for Chicago. This marks the first time the award-winning home builder is building homes in Illinois. The company anticipates that sales of its in-town, high-density homes will begin in the fourth quarter of 2014.

Morgan brings 10 years of home building experience to Chicago, all with David Weekley Homes. Morgan joined the company in 2004 and served as a project manager before his promotion to Division President. 

He earned his undergraduate degree in Civil Engineering from Texas A &M University and a Masters of Business Administration from the University of Houston - Clear Lake.
