F & F Industrial Celebrates 32 Years

F & F Industrial Equipment Corp., a family run industrial supply and distribution company located in Middletown, NY, celebrated its 32 year this past May.
The company was founded back in 1982 by Frank Fasano Sr. and quickly found its niche by focusing on delivering the highest possible level of customer service.
In 2004 Frank Fasano Jr. officially joined the firm and now serves as the company's VP of Operations.
Now in its second generation, this growing family business is finding new ways to improve upon its already renowned customer service experience by employing innovative new customer communication and management strategies.
As part of this initiative, last year F & F launched a new web catalog and expanded its presence into a number of new social media channels, all with the purpose of improving and streamlining customer communication channels.
The metro-NY based company has seen strong growth in each of its 32 years in by specializing in servicing customers in the utility, manufacturing, municipal, and MRO segments through its expansive product offering spanning over 300 major industrial tool, equipment, and safety brands. F & F now looks forward to further expansion in the future while always striving to maintain its strong customer service oriented roots.
