Dot Foods acquires Grabber Construction Products

Nation's largest food distributor adds Grabber to portfolio.


Grabber Construction Products. Inc, an international distributor of professional grade fastener and construction products, has been acquired by Grabber Holdings LLC, a subsidiary of Dot Foods, Inc.(“Dot”) Svoboda Capital Partners LLC, assisted with the acquisition and holds a minority interest.

Founded in 1967 Grabber Construction Products has grown from a small family business to become a nationally recognized brand and international distributor of professional-grade fasteners and construction products to the building construction industry. Headquartered in Highland Utah, Grabber Construction Products has 28 distribution locations across the US and Canada including an international and Home Center division.
