PIP adds Mosely and Melo to sales team
Matt Mosely joins as a national account manager; Carlos Melo is new regional sales manager.
Vice President of National Accounts, Kurt Wanner is pleased to announce that Matt Mosely will be joining his team as a National Account Manager. Matt will be responsible for Airgas, Anixter, DGI/DoAll, Staples and Veritiv – all very large accounts with important and specific needs.
“Our approach to working with national accounts is team driven. We seek to connect key customer players with counterparts on the PIP team. That’s consultative team selling at its best,” Wanner commented when asked about PIP’s success strategy. He went on to say: “We only win when our accounts are winning at their strategy.”
Mr. Mosely joined PIP in 2015, starting as a Business Development Manager where he was responsible for Business Development on our Above-the-Neck Product Line including Head Protection, Hearing Protection and Eye Protection. PIP is equally pleased to announce the appointment of Carlos Melo as Regional Sales Manager, New York and New England. Mr. Melo joins PIP with over 16 years of experience in the Safety Industry and a proven track record. This strong experience and background in Safety will allow him to quickly transition into his new role with PIP.

Carlos holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Rhode Island College. He brings experience in Contract Administration, National Account focus, and has recently handled Regional Sales responsibilities. Throughout his career, Carlos has established the ability to successfully build strong customer relationships and demonstrates value through a solutions-based sales approach.
