Red Hawk Fasteners acquires composite fastener assets from Kyocera SENCO 

Greensboro-based Red Hawk focuses on composite fastening systems.


Red Hawk Fasteners LLC has finalized the acquisition of all of Kyocera SENCO’s composite fastener program assets which includes tools, fasteners and related spare parts.

Red Hawk is very excited to support the existing business relationships that SENCO has developed while, at the same time, expand its marketing reach around the world.

Composite fasteners are a blend of fiberglass and resin that can be sanded, shaped and cut without damage to router bits, blades or sanding belts.

As part of its post-acquisition process, the company will be strengthening the Red Hawk brand with a variety of products which will enhance its global sales and marketing position. company managers are determined to make the transition as smooth as possible and keep disruptions to a bare minimum; if at all.

Since 2014, Red Hawk Fasteners' primary focus has been to offer competitive options and fastening solutions to the market place that embrace a system selling approach of providing engineered composite fasteners and tools designed to work together to eliminate repetitive labor processes, reduce manufacturing costs and increase product quality and production facility output.
