TE Connectivity promotes Melissa Kladder to sales director

Kladder has been in the connectors industry for 18 years. 


TE Connectivity (TE), a world leader in connectivity and sensors, has appointed Melissa Kladder to the position of director of sales, Americas, for its Industrial business unit.TE Connectivity (TE), a world leader in connectivity and sensors, has appointed Melissa Kladder to the position of director of sales, Americas, for its Industrial business unit. She will report to Jason Moore, vice president of global sales and marketing.

Kladder, who has been promoted from industrial channel sales leader, Americas, has been in the connectors industry for 18 years. She joined TE from Molex in January 2016 as senior global account manager. During her time with the company, she has developed and executed numerous strategies for growth.

“Melissa has proved herself an expert in strengthening ties between TE and customer business operations, to secure successful growth for all parties,” says Moore. “She has a strong track record in building strong sales teams, developing accounts, creating action plans, building relationships and securing new business. She is just the person we need to reinforce our position in the Americas.”

Kladder is a graduate of the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
