Viega promotes Greg Palmer
Recent hire to head new Florida region.
Viega LLC is proud to announce Greg Palmer as manager, regional sales, of the newly created Florida Region. Palmer will manage Viega’s sales strategies in the State of Florida, which previously was part of the Southeast Region.
Since joining Viega in 2018, Palmer has been a District Manager responsible for the Tampa metro and Central/West Florida markets. Before joining Viega, Palmer held positions of increasing responsibility in sales leadership in the wholesale distribution and manufacturer’s agency sectors.
“The combination of Greg’s management experience and his first-hand, on-the-ground knowledge of the customer base in this area will allow him to effectively lead this seasoned sales team in pursuit of our strategic objectives,” said Mark Evans, Director of Sales-North America, Viega LLC. “Greg’s appointment furthers our commitment to enhancing the superior service levels that exist in the region and positions us for future sales growth.”

Palmer and his wife, Katharina, live in the Tampa area with their young daughters, Amelia and Emily. In his spare time, Greg is an avid college football fan, especially of his alma mater, the University of Central Florida. The family enjoys the outdoors, hiking and camping.
