Coxreels Compact 100W Welding Hose and 100WCL Welding Cable Hand Crank Reels

Coxreels heavy-duty hand crank 100W Series welding hose and 100WCL Series welding cable reels are ideal for stationary shop workstations and mobile service rigs with integrated welders or fuel gas compartments. Made in the U.S.A., both reels are constructed with a 1/4 inch all-steel "U"-shaped frame and steel components shielded with a rust-inhibiting and chip-resistant CPC blue powder coat finish. An adjustable tension brake prevents “free-wheeling.”  Safety is enhanced via CNC spun discs with rolled edges, while direct hand crank action and open drum design and composite bearings ensures smooth rotation. The reels are backed by a 2-year limited warranty from Coxreels.

The 100W welding hose reel is equipped with an external fluid path and full-flow dual-ported swivel, routing both gas connections from the same side of the reel. It features standard 9/16 inch and 18 UNF welding hose fittings.

The 100WCL welding cable reel features a built-in "Cable Keeper" to prevent the cable pigtail from whipping or twisting alongside self-lubricating bronze spherical bearings engineered for rough, heavy-duty applications.
