DENIOS IBC Tote Heaters are ideal for use across many industries and applications where maintaining a specific temperature within large totes is essential. They operate from 120V or 240V single phase service and are ETL approved to UL and CSA standards. By maintaining consistent temperatures, the tote heaters, which feature dual thermostats to help keep totes at a steady temperature between 50° and 160° F, can improve the efficiency of processes involving heated or temperature-controlled materials. Adjustable straps enable the blanket to fit most plastic, metal, or cage tote sizes yet allows easy access to IBC spigot without scratching or contaminating the contents. An optional insulated top cover reduces heat loss/accelerated heating.
