Norton Vortex Rapid Prep Non-Woven Flap Disc

The Norton Vortex Rapid Prep Non-Woven Flap Discs are designed with three-dimensional non-woven abrasive layers to ensure a uniform finish. Featuring the Norton Vortex agglomerated grain technology for cutting power of a courser grit and a finer finish, the discs are intended for use in difficult-to-reach, uneven areas and suitable for cleaning, light deburring and processing TIF welded seams on stainless steel in metal fabrication, welding, aerospace, transportation, energy and construction. Norton Vortex Rapid Prep “Type TR” Flap Discs are offered in 2 and 3-inch sizes and “Type 27” Discs are offered in 4 1/2 inch by 7/8 inch and 4 1/2 inch by 5/8 inch -11 sizes. The full line is available in very fine, fine, medium, and coarse grits.
