Abrasives: PFERD POLICAP SiC-COOL and CO-COOL Abrasive Caps

PFERD has expanded its range of POLICAP abrasive caps to include two new abrasive types:

• SiC-COOL for cool grinding on titanium, aluminum and common alloys used in the aerospace industry, and
• CO-COOL for cool grinding on stainless steel,nickel and other heat-resistant metals.

Both types contain top-sized abrasive grain which allows for cool grinding, and prevents loading.

These new POLICAP products are available in cylindrical shape with radius end (shape C), and cylindrical shape with tapered end (shape L).
