Wiseway Group Acquires Alabama Electrical Supply Company
The Park/Wiseway Supply Group, a lighting, electrical and plumbing supply group, has acquired Northport Electrical Supply, based in Northport, Alabama.

He said the acquisition enables them to continue expanding in the market, serving existing customers and building new relationships.
Wiseway operates 18 supply locations and six showrooms across the Midwest and Southeast. Under the terms of the acquisition, Northport Electrical will maintain its established name, while reaping the benefits and resources of the broader Park/Wiseway platform.
Established in 1990 by owners Mike Hannah and Tommy Brown, Northport Electrical Supply distributes a range of products, including flashlights, combat driver/impact drill combinations, LED ballast, recessed lighting, dusk-to-dawn fixtures and more. Additionally, the company offers a variety of parts from suppliers such as 3M, PECO Fasteners, ILSCO and others.

The announcement of the acquisition came only a week after Wiseway had announced the opening of a new 24,000 square foot branch in Louisville, Kentucky.
