FallTech Unveils First Ever Field-Repairable Class 2 SRL

The FT-R+ redefines this process by enabling field repairs, allowing teams to immediately and safely replace damaged lifelines. Featuring FallTech’s exclusive SpeedLine system, the FT-R+ empowers safety professionals to maintain critical SRL functionality without sacrificing productivity, ushering in a new era of fall protection.

The FT-R+ utilizes the SpeedLine system that simplifies and expedites SRL repairs. This ensures that damaged lifelines can be replaced in minutes, allowing workers to resume operation with minimal downtime.
At the core of this system is LineLoc, a locking mechanism that disengages a damaged cable and secures a replacement in seconds. This feature represents a significant leap in SRL technology, addressing the industry’s need for field-ready fall protection.
The FT-R+ builds upon the foundation set by the premium ANSI Class 2-rated FT-R self-retracting lifeline. It shares the features that made the FT-R a groundbreaking solution, including support for workers up to 420 pounds and multiple anchorage options, including above, at, or up to 5 feet below a worker’s D-ring. With a compact design, advanced energy absorption, and smooth movement, the FT-R+ ensures safety and performance for leading-edge applications.
