Grabber Expands in Mid South

Acquires pneumatic tool and fastener distributor All-Fast, Inc.

Grabber Construction Products, an international distributor of
professional-grade fasteners and construction products, has acquired All-Fast, Inc., a full-line distributor of staples, nails, air nailers and staplers, power tools,
saw blades, and other equipment for the power fastening customer.

In announcing the acquisition, Roland Snyder, Vice President and Chief Financial
Officer of Grabber, noted that the move firms up Grabber's South Central/Mid
South strategy. "We are delighted to again have a presence in the Memphis area
after a short absence," Snyder said. "We're proud to be associated with the
Rump family and to carry on the quality business that Ken and Joan have
established. We value their knowledge and expertise in the nail/staple industry."

Steve Fletcher, Grabber's Vice President and US North Division Operations
Manager, agreed that "All-Fast’s geographic footprint not only saves our sales
personnel windshield time, but it will also help facilitate supply logistics to the
South Central/Mid South regions."

All-Fast, Inc., based in Olive Branch, Miss., offers competitive prices on a wide variety of brands, along with an extensive line of repair parts and accessories. Grabber's relationship with All-Fast will be managed by Matt Nelson, Southeast Regional Manager for Grabber. Kenny Rump has been named Branch Manager of Grabber/All-Fast.

Bill Reese, Senior Vice President and US North Division Sales Manager at
Grabber, emphasized that All-Fast fits well with Grabber's culture of service,
innovation, and integrity. "This acquisition allows us to add very knowledgeable
sales personnel to help balance our residential, industrial and commercial
presence," stated Reese. "All-Fast’s nail/staple offerings give us the opportunity
to sell our complete line, including Deck Solutions, packaged 1# and 5# nails,
drywall screws, and NoCoat structural laminate products."
