Skanska Names New Regional Supplier Diversity Manager of North Carolina and Virginia Operations

Jamalh Greene will serve as a liaison between Skanska and the public to address community concerns.


Skanska, a leading construction and development company committed to sustainable and inclusive practices, is pleased to announce the appointment of Jamalh Greene as Regional Supplier Diversity Manager of its North Carolina and Virginia building operations.

Skanska, a leading construction and development company committed to sustainable and inclusive practices, is pleased to announce the appointment of Jamalh Greene as Regional Supplier Diversity Manager of its North Carolina and Virginia building operations. Greene’s appointment was effective June 10.

In this role, Greene will develop outreach programs to engage diverse stakeholders and foster inclusive community relations in the North Carolina and Virginia region. He will serve as a liaison between Skanska and the community to advocate for policy changes or improvements that address community concerns.

“This is a wonderful opportunity to continue my work championing the diverse array of businesses in North Carolina and Virginia,” said Greene. “I look forward to bringing my expertise in community engagement to Skanska.”

Prior to joining Skanska, Greene was the director of supplier diversity at Monteith Construction where he spearheaded a supplier diversity program that built partnerships with minority and women-owned businesses in North and South Carolina. He oversaw projects to establish success plans for client minority contracting expectations, ensuring supplier service delivery and consistency. Previously, Greene served as the Historically Underutilized Businesses (HUB) small business coordinator for the North Carolina Department of Administration.

Greene holds a B.A. in Education from Saint Augustine’s University and a Construction Management Diploma from North Carolina State University.
