White Cap Expands Rebar and Concrete Offerings in Texas, Florida
White Cap announced the acquisition of two companies that expand its rebar fabrication and concrete accessories offerings across Texas and Florida.

Reinforcing Steel Supply ("RSS") and Stuart Building Products are now part of the White Cap suite of brands, branches and value-added services.
RSS, founded in 1991 in Austin, Texas, is a supplier of rebar and concrete accessories, serving non-residential and infrastructure end markets across Texas. With facilities in Austin, Corpus Christi, Belton, Odessa and Mustang Ridge, RSS delivers fabrication, estimating, detailing and material solutions tailored to each jobsite.
Based in Florida, Stuart is a rebar fabricator and distributor of concrete building products and lumber, serving residential end markets through locations in Pompano Beach and Fort Myers. Known for its strong customer relationships and reliable service, Stuart has built a reputation for delivering high-quality materials with a focus on responsiveness and long-term contractor support.
