FastenMaster has launched Cortex plugs for Trex Enhance Golden Hour and Pebble Beach colors.

These new additions give contractors the first complete concealed fastening solution for Trex’s latest board colors, available only from FastenMaster.

The Cortex Hidden Fastening System is a comprehensive screw-and-plug solution available for composite decking and fascia. Each plug is made from the same Trex material as the board itself, providing a 100% color and texture match for a seamless matched finish. Collated Cortex plugs come pre-aligned for grain direction and can be installed up to 50% faster when compared to loose plugs.

With the addition of Golden Hour and Pebble Beach, FastenMaster now offers Cortex for all Trex decking and fascia colors, covering every line and shade on the market.

Available in a variety of convenient packaging options, including 100 LF kits (with screws, plugs, and setting tools), fascia kits, and plug-only packs.
