SENCO to introduce updated version of SNS45XP construction stapler.

While the SNS45XP name will be familiar to long-time SENCO users, the new stapler is designed for professionals that demand increased speed, power, and durability on the toughest jobsites and in plant manufacturing environments.

The new version, ideal for sheathing, subflooring, decking, and pallet assembly offers a range of features to enhance productivity and service life including:

  • Drives up to 15 staples per second into the densest substrates including engineered lumber
  • Consistent, precise depth control with a tool-free, adjustable depth-of-drive
  • Top loading magazine for more efficient reloads with reload indicator
  • Quick clear latch to remove jams or misfeeds without requiring another tool
  • Rugged aluminum housing for superior durability at a reduced weight
  • 160 staple capacity

The SNS45XP’s relaunch expands the range of tools being assembled at SENCO’s global headquarters.

Located just outside of Cincinnati, the current production facility has manufactured SENCO nails and staples since the 1970s.

In 2022, SENCO announced it would build its new FN91T1 and FN81T1 pneumatic framing nailers at the facility, bringing tool assembly back to the US for the first time since the early 2000s.

“We are proud of SENCO’s heritage as a leading US manufacturer of professional fastening solutions,” says Tom Hodson, vice president of marketing and sales at SENCO. "We understand the importance of building tools our customers can depend on and being an employer our community can depend on. Expanding the number of products manufactured domestically with the launch of a new tool is an opportunity to do both.”
