Bon Tool Acquires Assets of Haivala Concrete Tools
Bon Tool has completed the acquisition of the operating assets of Haivala Concrete Tools.

For more than 60 years, Bon Tool has manufactured and distributed concrete tools for trade professionals.
Haivala Concrete Tools carries a similar legacy, skilled workmanship, thoughtful design, and tools built to perform on demanding jobsites.
As part of the transition, there will be a short consolidation period as Haivala manufacturing is integrated into Bon Tool’s Gibsonia, Pennsylvania facility.
During this time, production will be restarted under Bon Tool’s manufacturing systems and quality controls.
Certain products may be discontinued, and others may experience limited availability during the transition.
Bon Tool’s goal is to minimize disruption and resume full production as quickly as possible. A full catalog of Haivala items in mid-2026.
Customers and suppliers can expect clear communication throughout the process, along with continuity in product design, performance, and service once production is fully underway.
Bringing Haivala manufacturing into Bon Tool’s Gibsonia facility allows for dedicated equipment, skilled labor, and direct oversight, ensuring the Haivala product line continues to meet the standards it has long been known for.
