Makita Unveils Dust Extractor Attachment for Rotary Hammers
Makita has released a new Rotary Hammer Dust Extractor ideal for use with the expansive line of Makita concrete tools and equipment.

“Engineered to seamlessly integrate with a broad range of XGT and LXT rotary hammers and vacuums, this new solution empowers professionals to maintain dust control without compromising performance or productivity,” said Nicole Tougas, Makita senior product manager for commercial products.
She said the addition of the dust attachment showcases Makita’s continued focus on jobsite safety and efficiency.
The 1914X3-8 is engineered to extract dust and debris from rotary hammer holes during drilling with bits up to 2 inches in diameter. It also features a rubber seal that suctions to wall surfaces with two air chambers to collect dust and while staying attached during drilling.
It is designed with a replaceable rubber ring for ease of use and features a flexible neck that provides improved position and mobility.
