Titan Unveils Next Generation of Sprayers
Titan has announced the next generation of Capspray HVLP sprayers, the Capspray X Series.

These HVLP (High Volume, Low Pressure) sprayers have been refined with several additional features and technologies, while retaining the many characteristics that discerning professionals expect from Titan Capspray sprayers.
The Capspray X 95, Capspray X 105, and Capspray X 115 now come standard with Titan’s new CapLiner System.
It allows spraying at any angle, even upside down, without losing suction. Simply pour material into the disposable liner bag and start spraying. The liner compresses under pressure and squeezes almost every bit of material out, eliminating costly waste.
When complete, simply throw the lid and liner away. In addition to reducing material waste, the system enables quick color changes and fast cleanup.
All three models also feature a new power cord wrap tab on the filter cans, making it easier to manage cords on the job.
“We’ve made the Capspray Series even more attractive with these additional features,” said Chuck Flower, product manager for Titan. “All three Capspray X Series sprayers have been enhanced operationally, and the Capspray X 115 is a premium offering with new technologies not found in competitive models.”
The Capspray X 115 is the most powerful HVLP unit in the industry and it now offers two additional performance technologies, available exclusively on this model.
WhisperTech technology enables the sprayer to operate at the lowest sound level possible. Easily toggled on and off, it also minimizes dry spray by reducing heat from the turbines.
When the trigger has been released for 14 seconds, the unit goes into low volume stand-by mode to reduce noise and increase turbine life. If heat is needed for higher viscosity coatings like enamel, simply turn the feature off.
Variable Pressure Control (VPC) allows the operator to quickly and easily adjust precise air pressure settings for correct material atomization. No matter what the application, simply twist the dial and the Capspray X 115 does the job of multiple machines in one.
The new Capspray X 95, Capspray X 105, and Capspray X 115 all retain the many smart design features of previous Capspray sprayers including:
- High transfer efficiency ranges up to 90%
- High-performance automotive-type air filter delivers clean atomized air and a consistent fan pattern.
- Pre-filter on both atomizing air and cooling air sides.
- Onboard toolbox for needles, nozzles, air caps and nozzle wrench.
- Built-in gun and cup holder for added storage and portability.
- Dirty filter warning light extends the life of the turbine by alerting the operator.
The sprayers are available in the U.S. and at professional paint and equipment retailers.
