The 4-inch Cut-Off Tool (DCG432XB), the 3-inch Cut-Off Tool (DCG430B), and the Extended Die Grinder (DCG420XB) are engineered for tough metalworking applications in narrow or confined workspaces while providing optimal performance, versatility, and user safety.

Each are equipped with the DEWALT ANTI-ROTATION System to help maximize control. The system stops the tool when a pinch, stall, or bind-up event is sensed, reducing torque.

Both the 4-inch and 3-inch cut off tools are designed with a rotating guard that offers 11 positions to optimize cuts in a wide range of angles. This allows users to work comfortably in tight or awkward spaces with rotation adjustments up to +/- 75 degrees.

All three new ATOMIC 20V MAX tools feature an electronic brake designed to stop the wheel within 1.1 seconds after the on/off trigger is released and have forward/reverse functionality.

Wheel changes are faster with a spindle lock system that eliminated the need for multiple wrenches.

The trio of new tools replicating the performance and operation of pneumatic tools with the lock off paddle and no-lock on feature.

A forward exhaust system directs air away from the user to help prevent overheating.

The devices include TOOL CONNECT CHIP READY modules allows pairing with the TOOL CONNECT™ Chip (sold separately) and software app for data on jobsite asset management and tool location.

DEWALT says the ATOMIC 20V MAX 4-inch Extended Cut-Off Tool is the industry’s first battery-operated 4-inch extended cut-off tool.

Built to help users maintain a low-noise environment, it delivers comparable power versus 0.9 HP rated pneumatic 4-inch extended cut off tools.

At 28% lighter than competitive pneumatic 4-inch units, it delivers pneumatic-like power without the hassle of hoses.  The brushless motor offers up to 640 MWO and 12,500 RPM.

In addition, the DCG432XB is ergonomically designed with a 44% smaller gearcase height.

DEWALT says the ATOMIC 20V MAX 3-inch Cut-Off Tool, while similar in weight, delivers 78% more power than 0.5 HP rated pneumatic 3 inch cut-off tools.

The ATOMIC 20V MAX Extended Die Grinder has a 35% slimmer neck for ideal ergonomics. It reportedly offers up to 20% more power than a 0.5 HP rated pneumatic die grinder and and features a variable speed trigger that matches speed to application to help optimize performance with a variable speed up to 24,500 RPM.

It also includes a 1/4 inch collet that is compatible with a wide range of accessories.

In addition, the new die grinder features an onboard LED to help illuminate work surfaces and optimize visibility.
