Bon Tool Offers Pricing Update
Bon Tool has announced increases on a few specific items due to the ongoing conflict in Iran.

Due to the disruption of global energy and raw material markets, the company reported that it has seen significant cost increases across several product categories.
According to an e-newsletter announcement from Bon Ton, impact has particularly been seem within the plastics and petroleum-based materials, along with energy-intensive production items such as castings, forgings, and extrusions.
In addition, rising freight expenses and fuel charges continue to place upward pressure on overall costs.
Bon Ton officials said the company has worked diligently to absorb as much of the increases as possible, remaining committed to holding pricing when feasible.
Upon review, a limited number of items were identified as needing immediate MSRP adjustments.
Effective April 13, 2026, the following items will be adjusted as follows:
- 84-231 $9.95 (from $8.50)
- 84-230 $8.80 (from $7.45)
- 84-715 $6.40 (from $5.35)
- 34-164 $10.35 (from $9.15)
The company said it will continue to monitor the situation closely in hopes the market will stabilize soon, while also noting that the ongoing concerns may continue to adversely impact pricing across additional product groupings.
