FLEX Introduces Corded Rotary Dryway Sander
FLEX has expanded its power tool lineup with the introduction of its new Rotary Drywall Sander series.

Designed to reduce fatigue, improve visibility and enhance productivity, this new series delivers versatile solutions to meet a range of jobsite needs.
Featuring an industry-first carbon fiber shaft, the sanders offer an ultralightweight design, starting at just 6.2lbs., making them significantly lighter than comparable drywall sanders. This advanced design is combined with an ergonomic T-handle to enable comfortable, all-day use whether sanding walls or ceilings.

The sanders feature a 160-degree pivoting head that allows for enhanced maneuverability, while an optimized head design delivers superior dust control to reduce airborne particles and maintain a cleaner jobsite. The brushless motor, housed in the handle, improves balance, increases efficiency and eliminates routine maintenance.
Available standard on the 120V Rotary Drywall Sander with Light Ring (FC3731-ZA) and as an optional attachment (FT371) for other select models, the integrated light ring illuminates the work area at the surface to reveal imperfections in real time, reducing the need for repositioning external lights or performing time-consuming rework.

24V Cordless configurations of the Rotary Drywall Sander series, including the FX3731-Z (tool only) and FX3731-2C kit with (2) 5.0Ah lithium batteries and 280W rapid charger, will be available in July 2026.
The 120V Rotary Drywall Sanders are backed by a one-year limited warranty upon registration. The cordless 24V Rotary Drywall Sanders, batteries, and chargers are protected by a five-year limited warranty with registration.
