Morse Strengthens Focus on Customer Service, Industrial Sales with New Hires
Three new members have been added to the M. K. Morse Company team.

Dominic “DJ” Carbone is coming on as logistics coordinator and Fred Auer and Anthony Polak will both be industrial territory managers.
With hands-on experience gained through his service in the Navy and Navy Reserves, Carbone brings a strong foundation in both domestic and international operations, along with a passion for the field and a desire to make a meaningful impact.
“He brings a level of enthusiasm that elevates the team around him, and he aligns seamlessly with how we operate, putting team over self, owning outcomes, and pushing for continuous improvement every day,” said Emily Osborne, customer success manager at M. K. Morse.
Carbone will focus on supporting efficient logistics operations, organization across processes, and timely, accurate delivery to our customers. His collaborative approach and commitment to continuous improvement make him a an ideal fit for both the role and the company’s core values.
Auer joints the industrial sales team, bringing a record of success directly sales for national manufacturing companies, including Hilti North America, Kimball Midwest, and Simmons Company, among others.
"Fred will be covering the four corners’ (Arizona, Utah, Colorado, and New Mexico) region as well as Nevada,” said Jacob Lilley, regional sales manager, Western US at M. K. Morse. “He brings a proven track record of exceeding sales goals, strategic account management, and demonstrating leadership in both the industrial and construction markets.”
He noted that Auer’s extensive experience in building strong client relationships, driving revenue growth, and leading high-performing sales teams will significantly enhance the company’s industrial sales team and ensure ambitious growth targets are acehieved.
In addition, Lilley said that Auer’s demonstrated ability to independently manage high-volume accounts and provide direction and tactical execution of core initiatives to drive revenue and market share in challenging and high-growth situations make him a great asset to the team.
Also, joining the industrial sales team, with over 20 years of sales and management experience at companies including Haltom Industries, Sunstone Inc., and Echostar, will be Polak.
“We’re excited to welcome Anthony the industrial west team,” Lilley said. “Tony brings with him a deep expertise in sales processes and a proven ability to drive revenue growth.”
Continuing, he said Polak’s strategic mindset, disciplined approach to pipeline management, and commitment to building strong customer relationships will play a key role in expanding the company’s market presence and delivering consistent results for customers.
A military background prompts Polack to lead with discipline, accountability and teamwork.
He will be covering Northern Texas and Northern Louisiana, as well as Oklahoma and Arkansas.
