Werner has announced a redesign of its fall protection harness portfolio to simplify inspection, improve harness identification and enhances all-day comfort across the jobsite.

The updated lineup spans Werner’s Blue Armor, ProForm and LiteFit harness families and introduces a unified visual safety system, upgraded materials and patented technologies designed to help professionals inspect, adjust and wear their equipment correctly every day.
“This redesign reflects how safety works on the jobsite,” said Eric Miller, senior vice president and general manager of fall protection Werner. “Equipment must be easy to use, easy to inspect and comfortable enough to wear all day. By combining intuitive visual safety cues with advanced technologies, we are helping professionals stay protected, while creating a more consistent and intuitive safety experience across the jobsite.”
Technologies such as Chair-In-The-Air relief handles and WebAlert inspectable webbing, and the patented Switchpoint Self Rescue Harness have been extended across the entire line with the redesign.
The redesigned harness line improves fit, airflow, and overall ergonomics to help remove common barriers to proper use.
At the center of the redesign is Werner’s expanded visual safety system, which introduces consistent, high-visibility cues across the full harness lineup.
Each harness features a unified blue-and-yellow design, along with clearly marked components and prominent feature callouts that help pros quickly identify key connection points and safety elements.
Integrated colors, symbols, inspection cues and simplified labeling help users understand equipment requirements, verify proper setup and make faster decisions in dynamic work environments.
Aligned with Werner’s broader climbing portfolio, the consistent visual system creates immediate recognition across ladders and fall protection equipment, reinforcing safety through familiarity and clarity.
This system-level approach supports more effective inspections and helps crews confirm proper use at a glance, reducing uncertainty and reinforcing safe behaviors across the jobsite. The visual safety system is especially valuable on multilingual jobsites and crews with varying experience levels, where fast recognition and intuitive cues help reduce confusion during setup, inspection and use.
Beyond visual enhancements, the redesigned harnesses incorporate performance upgrades built for demanding applications.
