Renewable Lubricants new Bio-Bottle Jack Hydraulic Fluid is an ISO 32 viscosity grade, readily biodegradable biosynthetic-blend hydraulic oil designed specifically for use in lifting systems and jacks.

Formulated for use in both stationery and mobile equipment, this environmentally friendly fluid meets and exceeds OEM performance standards for anti-wear, oxidation stability, rust prevention, and demulsibility.
With patented Stabilized HOBS technology, it delivers high viscosity index and superior performance in extreme conditions, while offering exceptional compatibility with conventional petroleum hydraulic fluids and elastomers.
This unique formulation has a higher flash point due to the low volatility of its base stock, so it is safer for employees using it as well as the environment. It is ideal for bottle jacks, pallet jacks, hydraulic lift gates, tilt cab systems, forklifts and material handling systems, as well as hydraulic vane, piston and gear pumps.
Bio-Bottle Jack™ Hydraulic Fluid meets the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) 2013 Vessel General Permit (VGP) guidelines for Environmentally Acceptable Lubricants (EALs) and is ideal where low toxicity, biodegradability, and non-bioaccumulation properties are required. It exceeds acute toxicity standards (LC-50/EC-50> 100 ppm).
With excellent oxidation stability and rust prevention, superior water separation and corrosion resistance in fresh and sea water, it is compatible with petroleum-based fluids and standard system materials (Buna N, Viton, Neoprene).
Bio-Bottle Jack is packaged in quarts, 1-gallon containers, 5-gallon pails, drums, totes, and in bulk from the Hartville, Ohio factory, and distributors nationwide.
