Irion-America’s MAG-30 Puts Versatility in the Applicator
Irion-America’s MAG-30 Dual Component Applicator is designed for professionals working with two-component adhesives and sealants across construction, manufacturing, and industrial applications.

Its integrated magnesium housing is lighter than comparable applicators while delivering the strength needed for demanding jobsites. A high-density sintered thrust block and heat-treated pushing bar provide smooth, reliable performance.
Compatible with dual-component cartridges up to 620 mL (21.8 fl. oz.), the MAG-30 features interchangeable push plates for 1:1, 3:1, and 10:1 mixing ratios, giving users the flexibility to work with multiple cartridge types using a single applicator.
The 25:1 trigger ratio reduces dispensing effort and helps improve control when working with high-viscosity materials.
