PaintLine Introduces New ProDryingRack Custom Line PDRCL
PaintLine has expanded its ProDryingRack product line with the introduction of the Custom Line Rack.

The PDRCL is a modular, customizable mobile rack system designed for manufacturing, finishing, assembly, and other production environments.
With customizable layout options, adjustable spacing, and scalable drying or staging capacity, the PDRCL adapts to a variety of uses and environments, from industrial finish lines and material handling to small shop production facilities and drying stations.
“We developed the PDRCL, or Custom Line Rack, to address the growing need for efficient storage and material handling in a variety of manufacturing and finishing environments,” said Kyle Robinson, founder and CEO. “It’s ideal for handling, storing, and transporting panels and lineal materials that can be difficult to organize using traditional shop storage or rack systems.”
The PDRCL is available in two widths, (6 ft or 10 ft) and has hundreds of possible tower and shelf configurations. Shelf arms are 35 inches, coated with non-stick, polyurethane, and are equipped with quick-release set screws for fast spacing changes.
Customers can configure the rack they need on the PaintLine website.
The PDRCL offers a total capacity of up to 1,800 pounds and 45 pounds of capacity per arm. Polyethylene-coated support arms help protect materials from damage, while heavy-duty 6-inch casters provide smooth mobility throughout the shop floor.
