The top air dispersers feature an air drive mixing head with variable speed which reliably handles batches up to 1 gallon, with less risk when mixing combustible materials.
The 1/2 HP Gast air motor provides maximum agitation when supplied with 100 PSI at 70 CFM. A needle valve allows speed range from 500 to 5000 rpm, providing the flexibility for mixing multiple materials or applications.
Pre-lubricated heavy duty ball bearings provide added stability while minimizing vibration.
Supplied with a 1-inch by 12-inch stainless steel shaft, a 2-inch diameter Design A disperser blade, 2 mixer support clamp holders, and a 30-inch-tall mixing stand, the HSD05 or HSD06 forms a complete, ready to use mixing package that accepts containers up to 15-inches tall.
HSD-models typically ship within 2 days of order.
