Baileigh Industrial Introduces Wide Belt Sanders and New Dust Collectors
A new line of 37-inch-wide belt sanders and 5 hp dust collectors (dry and wet) has been unveiled by Baileigh Industrial.

Designed to work together as a finishing solution or independently within existing operations, the new equipment tackles demanding sanding, deburring, slag removal, surface preparation and dust collection applications.
“Production environments demand equipment that performs reliably while helping operators work efficiently and safely,” said Tony Topf, director of product management, Baileigh Industrial. “Our new wide belt sanders and dry and wet dust collectors are designed to work together to improve finish quality, reduce airborne contaminants and keep shops running at peak performance.”
From consistent material removal to effective airborne particle capture, these machines help manufacturers keep production moving while supporting operator safety and shop cleanliness.
The 37-inch-wide belt sanders feature heavy-duty construction and a powerful 10 HP motor that delivers consistent sanding and finishing across a wide range of materials.

Automatic height adjustment with programmable presets helps reduce setup time and maintains consistency across all surfaces. Also, a variety of safety features are integrated, including an emergency stop, quick-stop bar and door interlocks, which help provide operators with greater confidence on the shop floor.
Complementing the sanders, the new 5 HP dust collectors are available in both dry and wet configurations to address a variety of finishing applications. The dry model features dual 5-micron filters that are extremely effective at particle capture balance and maintaining effective air flow, while the wet model captures fine particles and polishing fumes to help create a cleaner work environment.
Large 5-inch ports and a dual-inlet design allow the dust collectors to integrate easily with multiple sanding, grinding and polishing machines, giving shops the flexibility to configure the right dust collection devices for their operations.
Together, the wide belt sanders and dust collectors provide a complete solution that helps improve throughput, reduce cleanup time and support safer, more efficient production environments for fabrication shops, precision machine operations, MRO and repair facilities.
