Registration Open For STAFDA's 50th Annual Convention & Trade Show

The Specialty Tools & Fasteners Distributors Association (STAFDA) will be celebrating its 50th Annual Convention & Trade Show, November 15-17, at the Anaheim Convention Center.

Excitement is building as exhibitors and attendees continue to register and new members join. The agenda for the 50th anniversary celebration is packed with new events and educational opportunities.

Visit stafda.org to view the complete agenda, an interactive exhibitor list and to register. You need to be a STAFDA member to attend or exhibit. You can also make discounted hotel reservations with STAFDA’s room blocks at the Anaheim Marriot and Hilton Anaheim.

SPARK SESSIONS

As it gears up to strengthen its membership for the next 50 years, STAFDA is reimagining its convention format to build exhibitor participation, extend customizable educational opportunities, and satisfy the needs of time-crunched attendees – all while maintaining STAFDA’s tradition of outstanding events.

One of the ways STAFDA is changing the the show is the introduction of STAFDA Spark Sessions.

Spark Sessions are invitation-only, curated, pitchfree education programs running concurrently with the STAFDA Trade Show inside the exhibit hall itself.

Sessions will last no more than 30 minutes and be designed to deliver one powerful, actionable idea to those who attend. STAFDA wants to enhance partnerships between our exhibitor and distributor members as well as maintain an engaging show atmosphere.

Programs will be designed with the distributor audience in mind and how the presenting company can help them tackle current challenges through joint programs.

Sessions run 2 to 5 p.m. Monday, November 16, and 10 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. on Tuesday, November 17, on two stages, with two themed tracks running concurrently:

Solve — Sessions anchored to a specific distributor challenge (labor, margin pressure, jobsite productivity, safety, inventory).

Sell — Sessions focused on sales approach, solution bundling, value conversations, and attach-rate improvement.

THE STAFDA SPARK SESSIONS PROMISE: SHORT SESSIONS. REAL IDEAS. NO PITCH.

Manufacturers, technology vendors, and endorsed consultants who have genuine expertise to share, not just products to sell, will be invited to present.

Spark presenters will:

  • Work closely with independent distributors and understand their day-to-day challenges.
  • Can speak to ideas that actually move the needle, based on data, patterns, or direct experience.

Additional highlights include: a streamlined General Session; 30-minute educational workshops held concurrently on the Trade Show floor; complimentary food available throughout exhibition hours in the hall; new badge-inclusive exhibitor packages; expanded sponsorship selections; and a Tuesday afternoon Closing Session & Economic Update with Alex Chausovsky followed by a cocktail reception.
