The leader in standby power generation, Generac Power Systems, Inc, Waukesha, Wis., brings to market its updated professional-grade portable generators, the Generac XP Series.
“The XP Series portable generators are engineered specifically with professionals in mind,” says Cathy Olig, senior channel manager, Generac. “We upgraded the series with many features that will make it an even more valuable tool on any job site.”
The Generac XP Series is notably more substantial than many portable generators on the market. It features impact-resistant cast metal corners and a heavy-duty hardened steel tube exterior. Additionally, integrated handle supports and brackets are engineered as part of the casting for even more durability, and an integrated lifting eye makes these generators easy to transport and keep secure on the job site.
Every XP Series generator is powered by a Generac OHVI engine – designed specifically for generator use and built to last three to four times longer than many competitive engines on the market. The XP10000E model offers one of the largest outputs from portable generators on the market today.
Features common to all XP Series models include:
Generac offers more choices for the builder and the homeowner than any other generator company. In addition to the XP Series, Generac offers a full range of portable generators that includes the all-purpose GP Series, the premium-quality XG Series and the ultra-quiet and fuel efficient iX Series inverter style generators.
