The Ramset-I-F Insulation Fastening System can be as much as four times faster to install into concrete, steel, hollow block, and wood when compared to traditional stick pin installation methods. It is 99.5% thermal efficient, does not require installers to be licensed to operate the tool or require reloading ammunition after every 10 shots, and performs with less recoil after each shot.
“The Ramset-I-F System is very fast and a highly effective way to get the work done year-round. It’s also more user-friendly when you take into account that it hits the installer’s hand, wrist, arm, and shoulder with less force than other devices,” remarked J. Schneider, marketing director for ITW Commercial Construction, North America.
An installer fastening to concrete, hollow block, wood, and steel studs can now attach insulation in one simple step. With the The Ramset-I-F System, there is no need to use adhesives or cut spindle insulation anchors.
Ramset-I-F fastens directly to many applications, from foundation and block walls to heated floors, parking garages, and even with balcony and ceiling acoustical situations. It eliminates the process to glue or use stick pin insulation anchors, and it’s an ideal solution for fastening insulation in tight spaces through pipes and sprinkler systems.
The Ramset-I-F fasteners range from 1” to 6” and are suitable for concrete, hollow block, wood, and steel studs.
It can shoot over 1000 shots before needing to be replaced. These fasteners provide 211 lbs. of ultimate tension capacity to attach insulation such as Rockwool, Expanded Polystyrene and Extruded Polystyrene into concrete, hollow block, wood, and steel studs.
