Milwaukee Tool has expanded its site preparation tool offerings with the introduction of the MX FUEL 70 kg Rammer. Paired with the MX Fuel REDLITHIUM Forge DD12.0 battery pack, the rammer offers 25 minutes of continuous runtime or over a ¼ mile of compaction per charge.
“Rammers are frequently used during the compaction process while working in confined spaces, like trenches, which often exposes users to headaches associated with gas equipment,” said Brandon Fredricks, senior product marketing manager. “By removing gas power, we are able to deliver a safer solution without sacrificing the power or run-time needed to complete the job.”
Ideal for confined spaces and cohesive soils, the Milwaukee rammer hits harder and travels faster without sacrificing compaction performance. In addition to removing gas headaches, the MX FUEL 70 kg Rammer features a push button start and removes the need for engine maintenance and repair. A centralized user interface provides a simple start/stop and fast/slow travel speed controls. Also, AUTOSTOP technology enhances safety by automatically shutting off the rammer in case it tips over.
