Our new REELSAFE Series RS7000 hose reels offer a controlled retraction to protect equipment and personnel in the case that an operator accidentally drops the hose when not latched. This product is also highly reliable as it is on our most popular platform, our Series 7000, that has been the industry standard for decades.

The new REELSAFE Series RS7000 is an expansion of the rugged design that set the industry standard. With safety at the forefront, REELSAFE pays out like a traditional reel, though is specifically engineered to retract the hose at an average walking speed. The centrifugal clutch, integral to the reel base, greatly decelerates the hose retraction speed by up to 83% vs. a Series 7000 reel.

For customers with tight spaces to work with, we have also developed a highly compact and robust Series 3000 hose reel. These reels are ultra-compact and easily fit into a 1 ft. x 1 ft. space. The Series 3000 hose reel improves worker efficiency and safety by keeping the hose tucked away and not laying on the floor cluttering up the work area.

Reelcraft’s new Series 3000 reels are all-steel construction and ultra-compact for a wide range of bench mount or mobile applications with critical space requirements. These compact reels easily fit within a 1 ft. x 1 ft. space. The reels incorporate multiple slotted mounting holes to accommodate many configurations. An optional guide arm accessory is available for multiple adjustment positions of the hose or cord. The hose reel models are available with up to 1/4” x 25’ or 3/8” x 20’ air / water hose. The cord reel models are available with 30’ of 12/3 cord with multiple cord ending options including a new quad box receptacle.
