PORTER-CABLE 20V MAX Charging Storage Bag and Radio

PORTER-CABLE announces the expansion of its 20V MAX* System with the introduction of the 20V MAX* Charging Storage Bag (PCCB122C2) and 20V MAX* Charging Radio (PCCR701B).

The PORTER-CABLE 20V MAX* System is a range of widely-used and affordably priced cordless tools created for professionals working in residential construction. Both products have a charging capability so users can charge their PORTER-CABLE 20V MAX* batteries.

The 20V MAX* Charging Storage Bag is the first product in the PORTER-CABLE line to offer charging capabilities in a stand-alone storage product. While many contractors struggle with jumbled bags of tools and batteries, this new storage bag keeps everything organized.

The 20V MAX* Charging Storage Bag not only holds up to ten batteries, but it also features a simultaneous dual port charger. The removable dual port charger can charge two PORTER-CABLE 20V MAX* 1.3Ah lithium ion batteries in 40 minutes. The storage bag includes a USB charging feature so users can also charge their mobile devices.

The 20V MAX* Charging Radio brings impressive sound quality to the jobsite with loud volume. In addition to providing tunes, the radio also charges PORTER-CABLE 20V MAX* batteries at a 1A charge rate. The radio can be powered by a 20V MAX* battery (sold separately) or a power cord. The radio is protected by a durable roll cage for jobsite toughness.

In addition, the radio features AM/FM and when used with an auxiliary cord (sold separately), it can be paired with a smart phone or mobile device to play music.

Kitted with two PORTER-CABLE 20V MAX* 1.3Ah batteries, the 20V MAX* Charging Storage Bag is available for $99 MSRP or without batteries for $69. The 20V MAX* Charging Radio is sold without battery for $99 MSRP. Both will be available in November 2017 at select retailers and will come with a three-year limited warranty, one-year service, and 90-day money-back guarantee.

*Maximum initial battery voltage (measured without a workload) is 20 volts. Nominal voltage is 18.
