Extending to a maximum of 44 feet 6 inches, the Extendo 1044X is powered by a 74 horsepower Deutz Tier 4 diesel engine. The machine features a three-section boom comprised of formed plates that offers increased strength while reducing overall weight. According to Pettibone, the efficiency gains of reduced maintenance and improved maneuverability allows the 1044X to compare favorably with competitive outrigger-equipped units in the same weight class.
