A unique plane with a flush blade and a comfortable handle modeled after a computer mouse has been introduced by Power Adhesives. The profile fits comfortably in a person’s hand for easy and safe use smoothly finishing glue lines without the gouging normally caused by the angle of hand chisels. 

The Mouseplane fits flush against a wood surface or edge to neatly remove any surplus dried glue or to fix uneven surfaces. The tool can also be used to level edges, clean out corners of cabinets plus a variety of other uses. It’s is a perfect complement to the KNOT TEC wood repair system, also offered by Power Adhesives.

The tool comes with a high quality hardened carbon steel blade that maintains a sharp edge. A storage piece fits on the blade to protect the edge when the tool is not in use for safety.  When in use, the clamp can be stored in an easy-to access compartment designed into the tool. If desired, the blade can also be turned when not in use to further protect its sharpened edge for longer life and safety.
