ProSpec from Bonsal American expands its line of flooring repair products with the Moisture Vapor Reducer (MVR).
It lowers the moisture vapor transmission rate of a concrete substrate by up to 80 percent, taking a substrate that emits 15 pounds of moisture per 1,000 square feet in 24 hours to less than 3 pounds per 1,000 square feet in 24 hours.
