New Werk-Brau Powered by Steelwrist Tiltrotators provide 360-degrees of endless rotation with a 45-degree tilt angle, allowing operators to perform numerous tasks without repositioning the excavator.

They feature an SQ sandwich-style coupler and auto lubrication for precise control and flexibility which significantly enhances productivity.

Models available for excavators from 2 to 33 tons, each with a low building height, high tilt angle, and low weight for optimized digging geometry and fuel efficiency. Steel cast components provide optimal weight to strength relationship. Designed for safe work and tool changes, they are available with front pin hook or front pin lock safety.

The flexibility of the tiltrotator significantly improves the excavator’s efficiency and enhances fuel efficiency. In addition to performing more functions with fewer excavator moves, they contribute to reduced environmental impact as there are fewer heavy machines needed on the jobsite, less heavy haul transport, and improved workplace safety.

Fewer excavator moves means less damage to the ground at the worksite, making these tiltrotators ideal for construction sites, utility work, civil/road construction, cable laying, landscaping, and more.

These symmetrical s-type quick couplers are cast in steel and have large pin contact surfaces. Optimized use of materials with no weak weld seams makes them very compact and robust. They comply with all applicable safety regulations including EN474, ISO13031, and SUVA.

SQ Automatic Quick Coupler technology allows operators to change between hydraulic powered work tools as well as mechanical work tools quickly and easily, without leaving the cab. They are compliant with Open-S – the open industry standard for fully automatic quick couplers for excavators, and work with all other compliant couplers, and work tools.

Seamless integration and automatic lubrication ensure smooth operation, minimal downtime, maximum performance, and reduced maintenance requirements. An optional gripper with quantum technology provides a secure grip on materials and improves operational efficiency.
