Albion Engineering Company announces the AT-Line of multi-component air cartridge guns as the latest addition to its family of dispensing solutions. The AT-Line guns, including the AT400, AT600, AT1500X, AT825 and AT900 series include a patent-pending convertible handle designed to make material dispensing easier and more comfortable.
The ergonomic handle design easily converts from one-handed to two-handed operation. The one-handed Suitcase Configuration makes dispensing material easier and more comfortable, while the two-handed Standard Configuration improves control and comfort with a pivoting handle. The Suitcase Adapter is compatible with any AT series gun and switching from one mode to another can be accomplished in three minutes. The versatility of the handle improves control and allows you to work longer and more comfortably than with the standard configuration alone.
The AT-Line tools are compatible with a variety of cartridge ratios and volumes. Whether you're looking to dispense materials in 1:1, 2:1, 4:1 or 10:1 ratios, the AT-Line has the gun for your needs. The truly functional upright position allows for fast and simple loading and unloading. Other features include an easy access regulator with quick disconnect and pneumatic forward and reverse.
The AT-Line is ideal for dispensing adhesives for concrete anchoring, crack injection, and rigid insulation. An optional spray attachment enables dispensing of truck bed lining.
Also in the AT-Line is the AT1200S multi-component sausage air gun. This model will dispense twin 20 ounce sausage packs of silicone traffic joint sealant faster than the competition due to a larger 4" air cylinder which generates 1,900 lbs. of thrust and an improved manifold design.
The quick exhaust mechanism found in all AT-Line guns is the fastest that the industry has ever seen. Combined with improved trigger control, this allows for greater control over the flow of materials and thus more accurate application. With the AT-Line of guns, application of materials is both more comfortable and more precise, ensuring that the job gets done right the first time.
