The most recent vise addition to the BESSEY line-up is a forged vise that is made to supremely high tool standards – Unbreakable under normal usage.
The moveable jaw, stationary jaw and base are all 90,000-psi forged steel that is fabricated in European facilities to very high standards. Even the anvil and jaw faces are precision ground and then induction heated for extra durability.
The 4-, 5- and 6-inch industrial vises in this series also offer other very valuable real-world features. The 360 degree swivel base is standard and offers great flexibility in the workshop while the pipe jaws are welded in place for secure clamping of odd shapes and pipe.
Additionally, there are adjustment screws that allow one to adjust the movement of the jaws in that rare case where they might not be completely parallel.
